This tool, used by a recruiter when talking with a caregiver applicant, will identify how many hours of work is needed to meet their desired "net" take home pay. 

It uses current pay, weekly hours and weekly desired take home pay to estimate the number of hours necessary to meet their weekly take home pay goal.
