This report, used by recruiters and managers, shows how many applications are necessary to achieve the desired number of caregivers to be hired.
The report also shows how many additional caregivers are needed to meet given hours growth, lost caregiving hours due to deactivation and caregiving overtime hours.
These numbers are based upon the agency's past performance in the number of applications received, interviews scheduled, interviews completed, and caregivers hired.
This report, used by the Client Care team and outside sales team, shows the amount of additional revenue and hours gained or lost based upon the agency conversion and closing percentages.
The report uses the number of service inquiries, care assessments scheduled and completed and clients gained. It also includes the median client tenure in the calculations.
The report shows how small changes in the conversion percentages can have a large impact on the revenue and hour generation.
